Boxing Fitness

Fitness classes are done at both gyms.

Our unique boxing and fitness classes are designed to help you achieve your goals and improve:

  • strength;
  • endurance;
  • body composition;
  • heart health;
  • flexibility;
  • speed;
  • power; and
  • skill.

The classes are changed on a daily basis and combine pad work, punch bags, skipping, circuits, shadow boxing and much more. We operate a strict social inclusion policy so everbody is welcome!

Boxing fitness is one of the best ways to lose weight quickly. So if you want a new challenge in a friendly environment where you guaranteed results then come along for your a session.

Whats more one of our coaches is a state registered dietitian with a special interest in sports nutrition. We host quarterly lectures on healthy eating and weight management as well as nutrition for sport.
